WPE_B(SN) Series – 

The WPE_B(SN) system is a smart torque solution combining WiFi mechatronic preset torque wrench (with Scanner) and centralized management software for Industry applications.

The system integrates versatile functions including WiFi connectivity, code scanning, color screen display, mechanical "Click", torque/angle measurement, force curve viewing and data storage.

●   Under the WiFi environment, the wrench and the centralized control center can realize real-time communication. 24 wrenches can be controlled at the same time.

●   The system meets the requirements for real-time product quality control and torque data traceability in industries like automotive, aerospace, and energy, making it an ideal choice for all kinds of manufacturing enterprises.

●   For customers with development capability, communication interface protocols can be provided to enhance enterprise-level management of torquing.

Main Features and Functions

●   Torque Accuracy: CW±4% from 20% to 100% of capacity

●   Angle Accuracy: ( ±1% of reading) + ( ±1° @ angular speed of 10°/s~180°/s) +( ±1° of test fixture)

●   1.9" Color screen display, clear view of parameters and tool information, facilitating the adjustment of the wrench's preset torque value according to the displayed figures.

●   It retains the mechanical audible "Click" feedback, preserving workers' familiar operation habits.

●   The torque is mechanically adjustable, and the angle range is system-configurable to prevent repeated tightening of the same screw.

●   Code Scanning Function: The wrench has a built-in scanning module. Scanned data can be uploaded in real-time to the central control computer along with the wrench operation data.

●   Angle Function: Developed by NovaTork, with a team of experts and professors. Adopting high precision gyroscope chip, it can be sensitively recognized in any plane at any angle.

●   7 Torque units: Nm, cNm, Kgm, Kgcm, Lbft, Lbin, Ozin

●   2 Judge modes: Peak, First peak

●   Automatic zero reset during continuous use.

●   When the target torque value is reached, the wrench will make a "Click" sound, accompanied by LED light and buzzer alarms.

●   After unloading, the peak value and judgment light status remain displayed, with the force application curve shown.

●   Recent force application curves can be saved and viewed on the wrench.

●   2 Data upload (storage) methods: Sequential upload, qualified upload. 

●   Automatically shuts down after standby time, and the standby time can be set. 

●   Languages can be switched: Simplified/Traditional Chinese or English.

●   Battery level is displayed on the screen. 

●   Featuring an 18650 high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, it enables convenient USB-C charging on the wrench or quick replacement by charging the battery externally with a dedicated charger, eliminating downtime.

Centralized Control Center

●   The wrench comes with the Centralized Control Center software, which can receive the real-time data of 24 wrenches working simultaneously and record the data.

●   The wrench has built-in memory for storing 1,000 data records. When the communication between the wrench and the server is interrupted, the data will be automatically stored in the wrench’s memory. Once the communication is restored, the data will be automatically uploaded. It is also possible to manually upload the data through the USB update software.

●   There are two software for the centralized control center computer:

●   With the USB update software, you can configure the wrench's WiFi information, set error%,angle range, data upload methods, operation directions, judgment modes, standby time,Language. All configured settings can be instantly downloaded to the wrench.

●   With the WiFi server software, you can monitor real-time dashboards for 24 wrenches, track their usage, automatically obtain and save data, view the real-time force application curve during the wrench's operation, and remotely modify the standby time, etc.
